of Gaithersburg, MD passed away on July 21, 2021, in Chandler, AZ surrounded by her two loving sons. Alice was the loving mother to Paul Dominic Ambrosi (Megan) and Peter David Ambrosi (Lilah); devoted grandmother to Edward “Kelly”, Caroline, Sean, Mia, Luca, Elle, and Gianna; cherished daughter of the late Lloyd “Tink” and Ethel Sandifer; dear sister of Raymond (Celie) Sandifer, Melva (Bob) Edwards and Phil (Becky) Sandifer; fond aunt, cousin and friend .
She was a very special person whose greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. Alice dedicated her career to teach in the Montgomery County School System for forty five years. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial will be held at later date in Bethany Beach.
