Andrew James Noorda

Andrew James Noorda, age 20, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Andrew was born and raised in Gilbert, where he built a life full of curiosity, determination, and love for family and friends. 

From a young age, his passion for athletics led him to gymnastics, then wrestling in junior high and high school, and later to pole vaulting. During his junior year, he set the pole vault record at Casteel High School, a milestone that reflected his drive and perseverance. Outside of athletics, He was an avid reader, especially drawn to books on finance, fitness, and self-improvement. Andrews smile and charisma filled whatever room he was in. His presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten. 

Andrew is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Noorda, and his grandfather, Duane Noorda. He is survived by his father, Kent Noorda, and stepmother, Michelle Noorda; his siblings, Justin, Trevor, Natalie, Rian, Owen, Sally, Moose, Porter, and Teegan; his grandparents, Julie and Lenny Clark, Susan and Ron Talbot, and Michael Salisbury; and his beloved pets, Jett, Auto, Zeppelin, and Ford.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 1, at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 21320 S Greenfield Rd, Gilbert, AZ. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Andrew’s life.
