, age 93, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 24, 2021. The Lord has called home her precious soul and she is now in Heaven. Audrey was sweet, beautiful, caring, selfless, loving, and compassionate. Being kind, understanding, and supportive was second nature to her. She had so much love to give and she just wanted those around her to be happy. You could not help yourself but just want to hug her and not let go. It is with the saddest of hearts that our family has to announce her passing.

Audrey was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada. She grew up captivated by Hollywood and big screen movies. She adored ice-skating and later as a young woman, taking the moonlight train with her friends to the dancehall at Grand Beach. She would meet the love of her life Douglas Charles Richardson, they would move to the United States, and they would be married for 52 years. Douglas preceded Audrey in death in 2002.

Audrey devoted her whole life to her family. She worked tirelessly and gave all that she could. Her children always came first and our family has always been so very close.

Our tight-knit family is the result of being given so much love by a truly wonderful and special mother.

Audrey leaves behind Debra, Wes, Sheena, Dennis, and Rusty. Her eldest son Murray passed away in 2020 and it deeply broke her heart, she was never the same after losing him.

Audrey had a smile that could melt your heart. We are absolutely devastated by her loss but we will love her always and she will never leave our thoughts and prayers.
