, 82, passed away peacefully at home on February 8 2017. Loving husband of Noreen for 52 years, father of 5 sons Barry Jr. Kenneth & Mark of Hot Springs Arkansas, Michael of Nashville Tennessee & Roger of Seattle Washington. He was born in El Paso Texas to Mabel E Brennan & George F Webber. Barry graduated from University of Texas El Paso, He moved to Chandler in 1973 where he was Finance Director for the City for 23 years. Barry was a little league coach, a Boy Scout Leader, and a lifetime member of Lions Club. He was also known as Santa for the City, Lions Club and at Scottsdale Fashion Square. A memorial service will be held at Bueler Mortuary 14 W Hulet Dr. Chandler, March 3
