, at Bueler Chandler Mortuary. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 2

, at Bueler Chandler Mortuary.  Pastor Rowdy Van Horn of One Church Scottsdale will be officiating. Burial will follow the funeral at Valley of the Sun Cemetery in Chandler, AZ. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Bueler Chandler Mortuary.

Beth was born in Meridian, MS, on September 2

, 1929, to Neely and Adele Ethridge.

Beth worked for Sky Chef, which is the world’s largest provider of airline catering and in-flight services, for more than twenty-five years. She enjoyed dancing, arts & crafts, cooking Thanksgiving meals for the family, watching Gray’s Anatomy and old western movies, and spending summers at her cabin in Heber.  Beth was also a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary, which provides local veteran services and service to military, their families and our communities across Arizona through local members and volunteers.

Beth is survived by her daughter, Dianne Watson of VA; her daughter, Patricia Hire of AZ; her daughter, Sandra Jay of MS; her son, Curtis Joiner and his wife, Myra of AZ; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren, along with other family and friends.

Beth is preceded in death by her father, Neely Ethridge; mother, Adele Ethridge; brother, Joe Ethridge; and sister, Cornelia Ethridge.

The family wishes to thank Lourdes and Bill for the loving care they provided to Beth over the past five years.
