Billye Rae Phillips

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Billye Rae Phillips, who went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 11, 2026, at the age of 92.

Billye was born on January 6, 1934, in Erick, Oklahoma, to Inez and Beryl Ragle. She was preceded in death by her parents and three of her four sisters.

She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her four children, Rhonda Lynne Lund, Kathy Marie VanFleet, Stanley Michael Phillips, and Barbara Ann Fisher; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She was especially blessed to have her granddaughter, Angie and great granddaughter Demerie by her side during her final moments, holding her hand and surrounding her with words of love as she peacefully entered eternity.

Billye lived a remarkable life marked by resilience, determination, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities. Over the years, she owned and operated an upholstery shop, managed a women’s clothing boutique, worked in chiropractic offices, and served on the office staff of two automotive dealerships. Whatever role she filled, she brought dedication, kindness, and a strong work ethic.

More than her accomplishments, Billye will be remembered for the love she gave so freely to her family and friends. Her unwavering faith, generous heart, and enduring strength were an inspiration to all who knew her. In her retired years she volunteered at a hospital, belonged to bible study and quilting groups at her church. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on in the generations she leaves behind and in the countless lives she touched.
