Christina Elnora Garza

Christina Elnora Garza passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 58, in Mesa, Arizona. She was born in Glendale, California. She lived in Arizona from the age of 6, except for the 4 years she spent at Trinity College in San Antonio, Texas and the year she taught school in California. She received her masters in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University.

Christy spent her career working for the State of Arizona, first for the parks and Recreation Department, then for the State Purchasing Department.

Christy Enjoyed needlework and spent much of her time with other stichers. In recent years she attended needlework conventions and took two European cruises with stitching groups.

Chirsty is survived by her father Jorge Garza and her stepmother Carmen Garza in Texas, her mother Judy Garza in Arizona, her sister Stacey Masci (Frank), her niece Celeste Masci and her nephew Daniel Masci in California.

Services for Christy will be held in Edinburg, Texas.
