Cliff Osborne passed peacefully from this earth on May 9th. He was preceded by his father, Robert W “Bob” Osborne Sr. and his mother Frances Ruth Osborne.

Cliff was born and raised in El Paso, TX in 1941, where he graduated from Ysleta High School in the class of 1959. He attended the University of Wyoming with a baseball scholarship, and graduated in 1965 with a Master’s degree. Cliff joined the US Army in 1966 and served in the Army Medical Corps, at the Medical Field Service School, Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. He completed his active duty tour in 1969. Cliff returned to Wyoming for 9 years, before relocating to Chandler, AZ. Cliff worked for Arizona State University for over 14 years, then relocated temporarily to Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX before retiring. 

Clifford is survived by his wife Linda, son Phil (Pamela) Osborne, daughter Audrey (Danny) Edwards, and grandchildren: Ashlin, Kaylin and Taryn Edwards; Jacob and Sarah Osborne.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 4:00 pm at Whitney & Murphy Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, AZ 85225.
