Daniel Sabori, 63, of Chandler, Arizona, died unexpectedly on May 19, 2025 in Sacaton. He was born February 8, 1962 in Sacaton to Raymond and Salvita Elizabeth (Betty) Sabori and grew up in Gilbert. He was a member of the Gila River Indian Community, and San Carlos Apache on his mother’s side.
Daniel graduated from Gilbert High School in 1980 and joined the U.S. Army where he served in the Military Police. While stationed in Germany, he met his future wife and later returned to live there with his wife and daughter. After his return to Arizona in 1991, he worked for Intel Corp. in Chandler until his retirement in 2020.
He enjoyed travels in Mexico, Europe and Australia, meeting and socializing with friends and family at his favorite restaurants, watching classic western movies and NBA games, fixing computers, engaging with pets and observing animals, and he always followed national and world news. His dry humor and his generosity will be remembered by all who knew him.
Daniel was preceded in death by his brother Raymond Jr., and his mother Betty. He is survived by his father Raymond, his wife Petra, his daughter Juliet, his sisters Mary-Helen and Lydia, his brother Martin and nieces and nephews.
A Viewing and Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, May 28th, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Whitney and Murphy Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Dr., Chandler, AZ 85225.
Daniel will be laid to rest on Thursday, May 29th, at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler, AZ 85248. A Graveside Service will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
