, 60 of Chandler, Arizona died peacefully, surrounded by family at his home after a long battle with cancer on January 19, 2021.
Darrel was born on January 8, 1961, in Orlando, Florida to Robert Burl and J. Danell (Cloud) Tarwater.
He graduated from Chandler High School and worked for the family’s Tarwater Dairy until it was sold in the 1980s. Darrel spent most of his career working and building a successful business for Ranch Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning along with his father-in-law and brother Neal.
Darrel loved his family, enjoyed sports, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. If you’ve ever talked hunting with Darrel you would spend hours listening to his stories, his knowledge of guns, and the Arizona outdoors.
He is survived by his mother & father, Bob 8 Danell Tarwater, wife Cindy (Harris), son Drew (Melanie), daughter Brandi Pringle (Ben), grandchildren Jon, Millie, Henry, and one on the way. 3 brothers, 4 sisters, many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Darrel is preceded in death by daughter Danielle.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at 10:00 am at the Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 East Chandler Heights Road, Chandler, Arizona 85248.
