Derrill Lee Pugh “Slappy”
of Chandler, AZ, passed away unexpectedly on January 5th, 2022, at the age of 51. He was born to parents Jerrill and Bonnie Pugh in Holland, Michigan, on 06/29/1970. He grew up the youngest of four children and attended Chandler High School.
Derrill is survived by his son Nathan; daughter Savannah; his brothers Billy Thomas, Tony Thomas, and Carl Jones; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Jerrill and Bonnie Pugh.
