Donald Wegrzyn

Donald L. Wegrzyn, age 87, a longtime Chicago Heights resident prior to becoming a 29-year resident of Apache Junction, Arizona. He attended St. Anne grade school and Bloom High School prior to the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL, graduating with a B.S. in metallurgical engineering. He was employed by the Columbia Tool Steel company in various technical positions for 30 years, and then spent 7 years at Inland Steel in East Chicago as a Sr. staff metallurgist. He retired in 1996 and moved to Apache Junction, AZ.

Son of the late Louis P. Wegrzyn and Louise P. (Neemaier) Wegrzyn. The brother of the late James (Helen) Wegrzyn and the late sister Mary Louise (Frank) Angone. Uncle to Ken (Kathy) Wegrzyn, Bob (Mary Ann) Wegrzyn, Luanne (Christopher) Watson, Karen (Naoanmasek) Wegrzyn, Kevin (Michelle) Angone, Jason (Victoria) Angone, and the late Bryan Angone, Mike Wegrzyn, and Mary Jucius.
