Donna Leslie Reese

Donna Leslie Reese, of Maricopa, AZ, passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 71. She was born on September 8, 1955, in San Diego, Royal and Mildred Sawyers.  Her memory will be warmly held by those who knew and loved her.

After graduating from Central High School in Phoenix, AZ, Donna would go on to spend her career serving her country in the United States Air Force. Giving more than 20 years of service she would retire a Master Sargent having earned numerous medals and commendations. 

Donna will be remembered with love by her husband, David Reese, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage. She is also survived by her stepdaughter, Melissa Reese, nephew, Robert White; niece, Scarlett White; and her grand-nieces, Carissa Robbins-White and Maria Flores.

She was preceded in death by her father, Royal W. Sawyers Sr.; her mother, Mildred Sawyers; her brother, Royal W. Sawyers Jr.; and her sister, Vera White.
