Donny Nel Seamster

was born on November 9th. 1956 in Phoenix, Arizona. He spent his childhood life in Gilbert, Arizona. He attended Gilbert High School and graduated in 1975. He received a scholarship for football to go to Arizona Western College. One of his first jobs was working for the City of Mesa in the Sanitation Department and working in the lettuce and watermelon industry in Buckeye, Arizona.

Donny was a protector over his family, friends who he loved dearly, and people who would come into his life during his life’s journey. Anyone who had the honor of knowing him would know he was someone you can call on and he would be there. He loved the outdoors, fishing and football. The Cowboys was his favorite team. He loved family gatherings and sharing time with friends. He could cook the best greens for any occasion. During his life, he became an awesome mechanic and could build houses with brick. He was loved by all and he loved everyone.

He is preceded in death by his mother Hazel Seamster, his father Wil Seamster, brother Earl Seamster, sister Noreen Seamster,  sister Chris Seamster, nephew Tyrone Seamster, nephew Noah Seamster, niece Constance Seamster, and niece Jacqueline Seamster.

He leaves to cherish his memory,  wife Leticia Seamster, and three daughters, Tammie, Traci, and Vania, and five sons, Hector, O’Jay, Michael Todd, Josiah, and Isaac. Four sisters Doris, Wilma, Joann, and Patricia. Four brothers Leroy, Oscar, Tony, Troy, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
