Garrett Lamar Rodrigo

Garrett LaMar Rodrigo was born on May 1, 1996, in Chandler, Arizona, and passed away on April 4, 2023, in Tempe, Arizona.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents HD Kingsley G.P. Rodrigo and Norma Rodrigo; grandfather, Lynn LaMar Ross, and uncle, Scott Ross.  He is survived by his parents, Kingsley and Natalie Rodrigo; brothers, Quinn, Ian and Gavin, and sister, Hanna; grandmother, Sherry Ross; aunts Audra Granville, Nikki Perschon (Brandon), and Meneka Rodrigo; uncles Grant Ross, Renuka Rodrigo (Indira), and Hiran Rodrigo (Nadine), and many cousins who dearly loved him.

Garrett graduated from Basha High School in 2014.  He attended Chandler Gilbert Community College from 2015-2017 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration Data Analytics.

Garrett was an amazing soul. He was brilliant, intelligent, and a well-rounded individual. His love for his family and friends was indefinite.  His smile and giggle were infectious to everyone, and he lit up a room when he entered. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A Visitation will be held Friday, April 14, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Whitney & Murphy Bueler Chapel, 14 W. Hulet Drive, Chandler, Arizona 85225.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3770 S. Cooper Place, Chandler, Arizona 85286. Interment will follow at San Tan Memorial Gardens, 22425 E. Cloud Road, Queen Creek, Arizona 85142.
