James M Dixon (Jim)

Jim passed on March 3, 2017 at the age of 94 to join the love of his life, Peggy, already in heaven.  They married in 1942.

Jim leaves four children: James preceded in death (Judy), Peggy Seitz (Bill), Bob (Kim), Susie Keck (Joe), 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren as well as many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Jim is a proud veteran of WWII and has spent his life in support of his country.

Jim was born in Whitehaven, England, the son of Joseph and Mary Dixon, and four siblings (all preceded in death): Jack, Josephine, Charles, and Catherine.

Jim has never met a person he didn’t love; his famous comment, “no handshake, just give me a hug!”

Over his 94 years, he has touched many lives and made everyone feel loved, special and like family.  He will be truly missed.

Visitation will be at Bueler Mortuary in Chandler, Arizona on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 9:30-10:30am, with funeral services following

at Bueler Mortuary at 10:30am. Burial with Military Honors will be immediately after the funeral services at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Mesa, Arizona.
