OBITUARY FOR JOHN THOMAS POULSOM

DOB:  2/16/1953  DOD: 2/22/2021

John was born on the 16

th

of February, 1953 in Anchorage Alaska to Raymond and LaVercia Poulsom and passed away on 22

nd

day of June 2021.   He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth, and his father and mother.

He married his wife Jane Hall on 6/21/1986 in El Cajon California

and combined their 2 families into the Poulsom/Hutchison family.  They

resided in Lakeside

, CA. till 2016, t

hen they moved to Chandler, Arizona.

They were blessed to have just celebrated their 35

th

anniversary at the Grand Canyon, taking the train ride to and from the Grand Canyon from Williams Arizona. Unfortunately, after having a wonderful day together on 6/21/2021, John passed away at 11:07 AM after being transferred from Williams Arizona to Flagstaff Medical Center, after he was having trouble breathing and passed out at the hotel.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jane Poulsom, and his children, Lane (Nina) Hutchison, Scott (Candace) Hutchison, Jason Poulsom, Crystal Poulsom, Wendy (Dan) Molitor, and Brandon (Jenn) Poulsom, his

Luke, Rorie, Haillie,

Daniel,

Maci

, and Baby Poulsom arriving in November

& his great grandaughter Charlette.

He was so excited to meet our new “Baby Poulsom” who the “our son” Brandon and his wife are expecting in November.  John

is also survived by his Brothers Ken, Bill, and Mike

and his sisters, Liz

(Tom) and Ramona (Steve)

John worked for many years at Red Mountain Machinery in Chandler, AZ

as a heavy duty repairman, repairing the large construction machinery

He was with the

International Union of

Operating Engineers for 45 years.  He loved working on his 1939 Ford Pickup and his 1957 Pontiac Chieftan

and going to junk yards and Auto Shows.
