Kelly Ann Redding

July 30, 1958 — June 8, 2026

Kelly Ann Redding was a devoted wife, loving mother, grammy, sister and loyal friend. She left this world suddenly on June 8th, 2026 at the age of 67.

Born in South Carolina, Kelly was immediately adopted by Donald W. Willsey and Barbara “Sue” Willsey, two immensely loving parents who Kelly truly adored. She spent her upbringing in Kansas City - a place full of fond memories, family and friends and the place she always called home (Go Chiefs).

As a nurse, Kelly devoted her career to caring for those in need. She approached her work with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion for every person she encountered. Her commitment to serving others reflected the generous spirit that defined her life. Most of her near 40 year nursing career was spent at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, where her decades of service was recently recognized by her receiving the Daisy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Above all else, Kelly loved her family. She found immense joy in spending time with her loved ones and took pride in supporting and caring for them. Kelly is survived by her beloved husband, Charlie; her brothers Phil and Joel (Connie), her children, Adam (Danielle) and Sarah - along with her bonus children; Matt, Lori, Danny, Shannon, Chris, and Patrick.

Her selfless nature, warming smile, and radical generosity is gone too soon, but will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. We will all cherish her memory forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Redemption Church Arcadia, 3330 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85018, with a nearby reception to follow. The family welcomes all who knew and loved Kelly to join them in celebrating her remarkable life and the legacy of love and service she leaves behind.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kelly's name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
