Lois L. Landis

Lois L. Landis passed into the arms of her heavenly father on April 12, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of Arizona.

Lois leaves behind 3 children, Beverly Landis, Barbara Ballard and Martin Landis, all residents of the Phoenix area. Lois also leaves behind five generations including two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Mom retired from the Phoenix Police Department after serving more than 20 years as Secretary to the Precinct Captain.

Mom was notorious for her shopping sprees where she became known as the eagle eye. She would buy something, bring it home then return it. Sometimes the item might be returned multiple times because she would find a tiny flaw.  Mom had a good sense of humor and was a very giving and loving Mother, she will be greatly missed.

A Graveside Service will be held at the Mesa City Cemetery, 1212 N. Center Street, Mesa, AZ 85201 on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at noon. Please feel to share stories you might have with her family and friends at the service.
