Margaret Olah Clark
, age 91, of Arizona City, Arizona, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022, at home in the company of family.
Margaret was born March 19, 1931, in Medayesbodzas, Hungary, to Gergely and Rozalia (Forgo) Olah. At the age of 17 she married an American soldier and moved to the United States, where she began a family and a new life. She completed her education and became a dental technician, which helped her to support bringing her parents and brothers over from Hungary. She lived in Connecticut and California, before finally settling in Arizona, which she loved. Margaret was devoted to family and could always be found cooking an incredible meal for her loved ones. She was a creative soul and celebrated the holidays with flair, which will not be the same without her.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Clark, parents Gergely and Rozalia, and brothers John, Stephen, and Joe. She is survived by her daughter, Monica (Tom) Fehn, grandchildren, Parker and Augusta Fehn, brother, Zoltan (Katherine) Olah, her sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. Margaret is warmly remembered and dearly missed by the 19 Clark children knowing her as their stepmother.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all of the healthcare workers that assisted in caring for Margaret over the last few months, especially Holy Cross Hospice.
A memorial service will be at 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church at 3450 W. Ray Rd., Chandler, AZ 85226.
