Mary T. Hovanec

Mary T. Hovanec passed away on January 20, 2025. She was born June 24, 1941 to Augusta and William Frey in Chicago, IL.
Mary spent her entire 37 year career in various positions at Harris Bank in Chicago where she met her husband, Frank Hovanec. Upon their retirement, Mary and Frank moved to Sun Lakes, AZ where Mary became a very active member of the St. Steven’s Church family.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Frank. She is survived by her brother (Bill) and sister-in-law, two nieces, and three step children.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Steven's Catholic Church, 24827 S. Dobson Road, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248.
