Michael Greene 45, of Chandler, AZ passed away on February 16, 2023, in Hospice of the Valley surrounded by family and friends.
Michael achieved the rank of Sergeant during his tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. The Corps was his great passion, following in the footsteps of his father.
He enjoyed being outdoors 4-wheeling and shooting with his dad. Another joy was extreme downhill mountain biking and golfing.
He was preceded by death of his father, Larry Greene, on February 13, 2022, and in addition, his infant daughter Ava Ray, and grandfathers Arnold Greene, and A. George Liakos.
Michael is survived by his fiancée Michelle Bell, former spouse Victoria Sheahan, daughter Shayla Greene, son Gavin Johnson, his Grandmother F. Wanda Liakos, Mother Karen Hinds Patrick, brothers J.R. Sager, Miles Lambert, Issak Sager and sister Kayanne Sager, three grandchildren and various aunts and uncles.
Services for Michael will be held on March 2, 2023, at Bueler Mortuary, 10:00 a.m., 14 West Hulet Drive, Chandler, AZ 85225. He will receive a military escort to the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85024
Also, for those that cannot attend the funeral, there will be a viewing at the Mortuary to say goodbye to Michael on March 1, 2023, from 6-8 p.m.
