Nancy Werner (nee Wohlgemuth) of Chandler, AZ passed away peacefully on the morning of June 12, 2026.
Nancy was born in Lockport, IL on December 20, 1936 to Matt and Genevieve Wohlgemuth. She graduated from Lockport High School in 1954. She worked for the EJ & E Railroad in Joliet, IL.
She married Wally Werner in 1960 and raised two children, Susan and Scott in Joliet, IL. They moved to Arizona after Wally's retirement.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wally Werner, her parents, and her sister Sally.
She is survived by her two children Susan (Dom) Lovino and Scott (Tracy). She also has 5 grandchildren. Megan, Michael (Kate), Emma (Matt), Samantha and Ava, all of Arizona. Also, a great grandchild due in November 2026.
A Celebration of Life will be held in August 2026.
