My beautiful and loving wife, the love of my life, my world, and mother or our children, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021. We were married for 63 wonderful years and had 3 children: Bill, Kathy, and Rob, 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren. She was born in Greeneville, TN, May 31, 1937, to Joe and Thelma Brumley (Solomon) and moved with her parents and her brother, Jimmy, to Phoenix in 1947.
We traveled the world together visiting over 60 countries, all 50 states, and 6 continents. Together we built a successful business: Rood Cotton Harvester. We will miss her so much!!!
Service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at Bueler Chandler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Dr., Chandler, AZ 85225. She will be laid to rest immediately after the service at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248.
