Born July 12, 1940 in Toledo, Ohio. Passed July 19, 2020 in Mesa, Arizona. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Rice, grandsons, Henry Elliot and Jamie Pomerleau, son-in-law and care-giver, Dennis Pomerleau and brother, Joseph Andres.
Rosie believed her way into Heaven was paved by those who went before her. Her parents, Clarence and Hazel Andres, and Henry Elliott, her one and only true love. She would tell me she couldn’t
wait to be with Henry again. She wanted to be by her Savior Jesus Christ. Thanks sis for all you did for my family. I will miss you so much.
