Shirley Szabo

Shirley Dorothy Szabo 98 of Los Angeles passed away on April 27 2026. Shirley was born on June 5 , 1927 to Ambrose and Alice Effertz. 

Shirley lived in Los Angeles where she spent the majority of her life. Shirley was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Shirley married Richard Szabo March 10 1956. She worked as a reservations specialist for American Airlines and was a ticket taker at the Pan Pacific auditorium in Los Angeles. 

Shirley is survived by her daughter Susan and her granddaughter Sydnee. Shirley will be remembered for her love for life, gardening, travelling and most of all her smile and her laugh when you spoke to her. Shirley will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
