, 2018 at his home in Chandler, AZ surrounded by his family. Tom was born in Charleston, West Virginia to his parents Edith & Randall Scott on October 31

, 1950. He leaves his wife of 37 years, Angela Scott, his sister Janet Williams, his brother Phillip Scott. Tom had 4 children: Robert Ritter, Susan Scott, Brian Ritter, and Chris Ritter. Tom also had 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Tom moved to Arizona in the mid 70’s. He worked for SRP from 1985-2011 at which time he retired. Tom enjoyed woodworking, playing golf and spending time with his family. Services will be held at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of the Valley.
