In Loving Memory of Yvonne Frances Dean

A Tribute to a Beloved Soul

Heaven Has Gained Another Angel

Heaven has gained another angel. On October 17, 2025, Yvonne Frances Dean, cherished wife, loving mother, doting grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, ascended into Heaven. Her presence touched the lives of all who knew her, and she will always be remembered for her kindness and love.

Early Life and Family

Yvonne was born on March 29, 1946, to James and Frances Frye. She was one of six children and grew up surrounded by the warmth of family. Her brothers, James Frye and Dwight Frye, preceded her in death, but her memory continues in the hearts of her remaining siblings: Corrine McHenry of Rantoul, Illinois, Rex (Linda) Frye of Gifford, Illinois, and Marvene Delva of Lewiston, Idaho.

Marriage and Legacy

On May 21, 1966, Yvonne married John E. Dean. Together, they built a loving home and a lasting legacy. She is survived by her devoted husband, John; her children, Kimberly, John (Erin), and Jason (Angela); and her cherished grandchildren, Lauren, Ryan, Katelyn, Khloe, Mattie, Rae-Anna, and Rylie. In addition, Yvonne leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives were enriched by her generosity and warmth.

Her Love for Family

Yvonne's love for her family was unconditional. Yvonne adored her children, but her love for her grandchildren was immeasurable. She had a special fondness for all children, especially babies. Yvonne's sweet, loving, and kind spirit will be remembered by all who met her. She would not want her family to be sad, but rather to ensure that her beloved husband and all her loved ones are cared for. Her absence will be deeply felt, and she will be missed forever and always.

Precious Memories

The memories shared with Yvonne are treasured by her family. She often sang "Faith, Hope and Charity" to her children in their cozy little house in Arkansas, creating moments filled with joy. Countless times, the family sang along to the radio during annual road trips, strengthening their bond and creating lasting memories. These experiences are precious reminders of the love that defined their family. The longing to hug her once more or see her radiant smile is felt deeply by those who loved her.
