Zachary Taylor

Zachary Taylor, age 57, of Chandler, Arizona, passed away on September 26, 2026. He was born on December 13, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, to Stanley K. Taylor and Joanne C. Taylor. He grew up in Dallas and spent his teenage years in San Angelo, Texas.

Zack was a lifelong reader with a brilliant, curious mind and a deep love of learning. He was a gifted painter and musician who brought love and feeling to everything he created. He enjoyed local theater, singing in plays and at church, and was a devoted Beatles fan. Music, art, and learning were woven into the fabric of his life and brought him—and those around him—great joy.

A Texan at heart, Zack was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Dogs were among his greatest joys. He had a special way with them, and they adored him in return. He also loved his nieces and nephews so much, and they were a great source of joy in his life.

Zack was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served a mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lived his faith with quiet devotion throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley K. Taylor; his brother, Jeff Taylor; and his sister, Rebecca Tramundanas. He is survived by his mother, Joanne C. Taylor; his sisters, Judy Taylor and Jennifer Taylor; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
